Tau Kappa Epsilon, better known as TKE is an all male fraternity. TKE was founded at Illinois Wesleyan University on January 10, 1899 and has spread all across the country. As of August 2010 there are 252,000 members located in 291 active chapters and colonies. TKE’s mission is to aid men in their mental, moral and social development for life. TKE’s colors are crimson lake cherry and pure silver gray. Their symbol is equilateral triangle and their flower is the Red Carnation.
